Alan was appointed to fill that seat and handily won a special election in 2015. Alan is a proud member of the NRA and believes that the Constitution should be interpreted as written and not as a “living document” and believes it is second only in authority to the bible.

He attended Orange County Community College and later went to the University of Lynchburg in Virginia. He has been the owner and president of Peenpack, Inc., a family owned concrete business in Deerpark, for over 30 years.
Alan has been a member of the Calvary Bible Church for most of his life and currently serves as Deacon. He enjoys many activities in the town, especially coaching little league for his son Aiden.
