NOTICE OF JOINT RESOLUTION FOR PROPOSED ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 9th day of April, 2018, the Common Council of the City of Port Jervis, Orange County, New York and the Town Board of the Town of Deerpark, Orange County, New York have adopted the following Joint Resolution for the purpose of moving forward in annexing to the City of Port Jervis, the properties described in the Certified Copy of the Joint Resolution annexed hereto and made a part hereof by reference, and located within the Town of Deerpark.
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council of the City of Port Jervis and the Town Board of the Town of Deerpark will hold a Joint Public Hearing on the 21st day of May, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town of Deerpark Senior Center located at 410 U.S. Route 209, Huguenot, N.Y., concerning the proposed annexation. The Common Council of the City of Port Jervis and the Town Board of the Town of Deerpark will hear all persons interested at the aforementioned time and place.
