The bid date has been extended by Addendum to contractors with bid sets. RFI’s will not be accepted after June 4, 2013 at 2:00 P.M.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Owner (Town of Deerpark, 420 Route 209,Huguenot, New York 12746) until 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, June 13, 2013 for the “Town of Deerpark Senior Center and Highway Garage” project.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on June 13, 2013 at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Deerpark, 420 Route 209, Huguenot, New York 12746. All Bids must be delivered to an individual in the Town Clerk’s Office, Town of Deerpark, Town Hall, 420 Route 209, Huguenot, New York 12746.
Bids received after the aforementioned time will not be accepted. The Bid shall include 4 contracts which will include all work to complete the project: Contract #1 – General Contractor; Contract #2 – Plumbing; Contract #3 – HVAC; and Contract #4 – Electrical.
All bid envelopes must be marked “BID PROPOSAL TO BE OPENED THURSDAY, June 13, 2013”. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that their Bid is delivered to an individual in the Town Clerk’s Office.
All interested parties are invited to attend the Bid opening. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM prevailing time on Thursday, June 13, 2013, in the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town of Deerpark Town Hall, 420 Route 209, Huguenot, New York.
